To eliminate mold after cleaning the area, you need to keep things dry. Mold spores cannot grow without moisture. Therefore to stop mold you must stop any moisture problems you have. Basements, bathrooms and attics are common places to find mold. If you have leaky pipes, they need to be repaired. Attic mold removal might be best left to the pros because many attics are left closed for years and may have an overgrowth of dangerous mold.
